Fantastic home on a quiet crescent!

Welcome to 304 Tonelli Lane, a spacious and well-maintained family home in Milton’s sought-after Harrison neighbourhood.

With a 46-foot frontage, this lot is wider than anything builders have offered in over a decade.

The stone and stucco exterior gives the home great curb appeal, complemented by exterior pot lights controlled by the Kasa app for added visibility at night.

Inside, the main floor features 9-foot ceilings, pot lights throughout, and hardwood flooring in the living, dining, and family rooms.

The kitchen includes quartz countertops, a stylish backsplash, and a walk-in pantry, opening up to the family room with a gas fireplace.

One of the standout features is the 17-foot open-to-above space at the front of the house, creating an airy and welcoming feel.

Upstairs, the sitting area overlooking the open space is perfect for a home office, workout space, or reading nook.

The primary bedroom has double door entry, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite with granite counters, a soaker tub, and a separate shower.

All four bedrooms are generously sized—no small rooms. Plus, brand-new carpet has just been installed upstairs.

Other practical features include two linen closets, main-floor laundry, and a private backyard with mature trees for added privacy.

The home gets great sunlight throughout the day, and with no sidewalk, the driveway fits four cars plus two more in the garage.

Located within walking distance to both public and Catholic schools, parks, and a No Frills grocery store, this home is in a prime spot for families.

Move-in ready and designed for everyday living—this is a home you don’t want to miss!

About the Neighbourhood

Harrison

Around 2008, the market changed and the world faced an economic crisis.  While Milton remained better off than many other areas, we still felt the effects. Some owners who purchased from builders in 2007 faced an economy where their homes weren’t worth what they paid.  Luckily, that turned around by mid-2009. There was a noticeable increase in density of housing, with many of the larger lots from Beaty, Dempsey, Clarke and Coates starting to disappear. That being said, there are some very prestigious streets with larger homes and lots, especially on the west side of the neighbourhood.  You can see some of the clearest, best views of the Escarpment from these homes.  Sunsets are a delight.
