Flexible Layout, Finished Basement & Escarpment Views

Located in the sought-after Harrison neighbourhood, 428 Dymott Avenue offers nearly 3,000 square feet of finished living space on a quiet, family-friendly street with scenic views of the Niagara Escarpment.

Enjoy fresh air and easy access to nature with nearby trails, Crawford Lake, Rattlesnake Point, Springridge Farm, and the Velodrome, plus Milton’s future Education Village just minutes away.

This Mattamy-built Plan 4 model features a double-door entry, 9-foot ceilings on the main floor, and a flexible layout with 3 bedrooms plus a spacious loft—easily converted to a 4th bedroom, as offered by the builder.

The open-concept main level includes a well-appointed kitchen with pot lights, a tile backsplash, a centre island, and a separate breakfast area.

The adjacent family room features a beautiful stone accent wall, while custom light fixtures, California shutters, and upgraded baseboards and trim add style and function throughout the home.

Step outside to a large front porch with a custom interlock walkway and garden pillars, or unwind in the low-maintenance, fully landscaped backyard.

A separate entrance from the garage leads to the finished basement, which is thoughtfully outfitted with a kitchen, bedroom, full washroom, and its own laundry.

Extensive upgrades include vinyl flooring with a waterproof membrane, recessed lighting, Roxul soundproof insulation, fire-rated construction in the kitchen, a bidet-wash toilet, moisture-resistant baseboards, and Wi-Fi-enabled lighting.

Additional highlights include a 200-amp electrical service, two laundry areas, and custom ceiling fans throughout.

This is a rare opportunity to own a move-in ready home with escarpment views in one of Milton’s most connected and nature-adjacent communities.

About the Neighbourhood

Harrison

Around 2008, the market changed and the world faced an economic crisis.  While Milton remained better off than many other areas, we still felt the effects. Some owners who purchased from builders in 2007 faced an economy where their homes weren’t worth what they paid.  Luckily, that turned around by mid-2009. There was a noticeable increase in density of housing, with many of the larger lots from Beaty, Dempsey, Clarke and Coates starting to disappear. That being said, there are some very prestigious streets with larger homes and lots, especially on the west side of the neighbourhood.  You can see some of the clearest, best views of the Escarpment from these homes.  Sunsets are a delight.
