Straight out of a design magazine!

Welcome to this Mattamy Sterling model, a home that balances openness with warm, inviting spaces.

The all-brick exterior sets the stage for a well-designed interior with thoughtful finishes throughout.

With four bedrooms upstairs and a fifth in the basement (currently used for storage), there’s plenty of room to grow.

At 2,035 square feet plus a professionally finished basement, this home is designed to adapt—whether that means a dedicated home office, a play area, or even a future in-law suite with its own full washroom.

The renovated kitchen is a space where form meets function, featuring a breakfast bar, under-cabinet lighting, and a built-in microwave drawer.

Thoughtful touches like a multi-functional sink make everyday tasks easier. The kitchen opens to the family room, where a gas fireplace creates the perfect backdrop for cozy evenings.

Upstairs, the laundry room is conveniently located, and the layout is designed with privacy in mind—a separate wing for the primary suite, while the other bedrooms branch off from a central landing. Remote-controlled blinds in the primary bedroom mean you can settle in for the night with the push of a button.

Downstairs, the basement adds even more functional space, with storage tucked away under the stairs, extra closets in the primary bedroom, and built-in banquette seating with hidden compartments.

Step outside to a backyard oasis, framed by plants and trees that offer natural privacy. Whether you’re under the gazebo or relaxing with the umbrella up, there’s always a spot to escape and unwind.

The location blends convenience and community.

Walk to public and Catholic elementary schools, with a park around the corner.

The home sits on a quiet court, away from major roads, but still within a two-minute walk to No Frills—perfect for last-minute grocery runs.

The neighbourhood has a close-knit feel, with Canada Day celebrations and neighbours who lend a hand with snow removal, yet it’s peaceful when you need it to be.

Warm. Calm. A place that feels like home.

About the Neighbourhood

Harrison

Around 2008, the market changed and the world faced an economic crisis.  While Milton remained better off than many other areas, we still felt the effects. Some owners who purchased from builders in 2007 faced an economy where their homes weren’t worth what they paid.  Luckily, that turned around by mid-2009. There was a noticeable increase in density of housing, with many of the larger lots from Beaty, Dempsey, Clarke and Coates starting to disappear. That being said, there are some very prestigious streets with larger homes and lots, especially on the west side of the neighbourhood.  You can see some of the clearest, best views of the Escarpment from these homes.  Sunsets are a delight.
