In today’s episode, we’ll look at a battle between two of the same model, which happens to be one of the most popular townhouses in all of Milton.  It’s called a Croftside… first-time buyers love them because of the open concept layout, and they’re one of the smaller homes to have two full bathrooms upstairs along with pretty decent-sized rooms.

Anyways, we’ll also talk about strategic pricing and how it can impact your marketing, and please, if at all possible, little to no wallpaper in your house, and nothing on top of your fridge or cabinets in the kitchen when you sell.  🙂  Have a delightful weekend!

And if you’ll be in town, there’s an open house at 385 Commercial Street on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 pm both days.  It’s got one of the best backyards in town, backing onto 16-Mile Creek, with four bedrooms, a renovated kitchen, a cozy fireplace in the family room, main floor office, and a rentable section of the basement (currently rented for $875/month, which cuts off about $200,000 in carrying costs on your mortgage every month).  Here’s a map, and here’s more information about the house.  Go have a look!
