Do you have a “gun to the head” mentality when you go to sell your home? Does your agent have that mentality?
Very interesting to see the lackadasical effort made by some people to sell their house… not to say that we’re perfect, but I think it’s as obvious as telling black from white if effort is being made to showcase the house to its best ability. Same with pride of ownership… I’ve seen a lot of homes with floral couches and doilies and wood-panelled basements that have won over buyers more than the most slick, modern homes with absolutely zero pride for what they have. It truly does make a big difference.
And please… get a professional to take your photos. Otherwise it’s going to cost you a TON of money. More than you would ever pay the photographer to do their job.
